The blue bar toward the top of your screen is called the Selected Properties Bar. When you select properties in Property Search or Broker Tour using the checkboxes or Select All button, those properties will be added to your global list of selected properties.

Think of this like a shopping cart for properties you want to do something with (such as route, share, or favorite). It allows you to gather properties from various searches or screens.

You can then click the Get Directions button to route those properties, or select other options from the drop-down menu.
