This city is Beautiful and charming. However it is Very expensive. It has Nice people, and lots of local business. The beaches are amazing. The town is family friendly so things close down pretty early. If you're looking for a hopping night life, this isn't the place, however nights here are spectacular when the fog lifts and you look up to see the stars. I can hear the ocean waves from my bedroom lulling me to sleep. The air is clean. The streets are safe. There is a vibrant arts community and although we are a sleepy little town there is always something fun to do. World class events happen here and we often see whales, condors, and other stunning wild life. I love it here, even if it is the most expensive place I've ever lived. It's worth it. And the schools are incredible. My two kids, both teenagers are actively engaged and very happy here. Also, if you're looking for a pet friendly place. This is your town. The shops and beaches even have water bowls for the pups.
