What Local says

I lived in Salinas all my life and I have overall enjoyed it. Although it may seem rather small, there are plenty of things to do like gift shopping and site seeing. It is very history and aesthetically pleasing if you know where to go, manly old town. There are coffee shops, pubs, brunch restaurants, shops, and secret gardens. Housing is affordable but if you want a nice quality house or apartment it can be quite expensive. But, overall salinas is a small town with unique qualities.
